Iconic Design Gallery Ltd.
ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Local artist Ian Goodall created the Iconic Design Gallery Ltd. in 2007 to promote and sell his own original artwork of Music & Film Icons from the 20/21st century, since that time he has sold many of his unique and original hand painted artwork to customers in the UK and America.
The inspiration for each unique painting usually comes from a song lyric or a film title, and he carefully chooses the subject and the style of painting to fit the mood of the piece.
Using the highest quality paints and canvases he takes many hours to select and draw the initial image by hand to determine the most effective balance of composition. He then chooses the colours that will further enhance the vibrancy and mood of the image before finally applying paint to canvas. While his work may be referenced to that of the Pop Art movement of the 1960’s he reintroduces us to this style in a new Millennium with his own unique composition and palette.
