My Granny, spelled her name as Janet Sneddon. I have seen the name on some records as Snaddon. Who is right ? Or is it just two spellings of the same name?

Or are there Snaddons and Sneddons?

Jimmy I am currently trying to trace a family of Sneddon that my father talks about from Carriden. They were friends of his mother Jane Docherty who I believe lived at Castleloan. Do you think this might be the same Sneddon?
