Bo'ness Children's Fair Queens - where are they now?

  • Bo'ness Children's Fair Queen 2009 - Shanagh Penman - but where are her prececessors now?
There have been 101 Bo'ness Children's Fair Queens to date, going all the way back to the Fair's beginnings in 1897.

Georgia Sommerville, this year's Queen is due to be crowned on Friday 25th June 2010 - but where are the former Bo'ness Fair Queens today, and what have they been doing since their crowning day?

Can you help? Do you know any of the former Fair Queens - or maybe you ARE a former Bo'ness Children's Queen - then share your memories of the big day? Post your stories to this page - get in touch at s1boness and help us put together a piece of Fair history.

Memories, Nostalgia & History

History doesn't have to be in black & white

Your memory of a local character or a school photo from the last ten years can be just as interesting as wars and Victorians.
