Business split leads to 'vendetta' claims in court

A split between owners of a Bo'ness business has ended in the High Court this week, with a man claiming he was the victim of a vendetta that included death threats by his former business partner.

A judge heard that Frank Schyvens and Michael Kartono had run a furniture shop, Belgica UK, in Bo'ness, but they had an acrimonious split in 2003.
