Credit Union opens up new branch in Bo'ness

  • A new branch of the local credit union has opened on East Pier Street, Bo'ness
  • The union offers loans, and savings accounts to people in the local area
A new branch of the local area's credit union has opened in Bo'ness.

Savers and those looking for affordable loans can access the service from an office in the One Stop Shop in East Pier Street every Tuesday from 10am to noon.

Falkirk District Credit Union is a financial co-operative, owned by the members and run by volunteers, to provide confidential safe and ethical savings accounts and secure, affordable loans to members.

Anyone who lives in or works in the area within the boundary of Falkirk Council can join Falkirk District Credit Union. Junior saving accounts are available for those under 16. Savings up to £50,000 are protected by Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
