13/11/2009Mobile mast plans given go-ahead
Four new mobile antennas and related equipment are to be installed in Bo'ness, following the latest meeting of Falkirk Council's planning committee.
Arquiva Services had their application to put up three new 3G mobile masts on Borrowstoun Crescent approved by the council, while Vodaphone's plans for a 17.2m phone mast and two transmission dishes on the Bo'mains industrial estate were also given the go-ahead.

The whole country seems to be getting saturated with these monstroties. Can they not stick them on top of mountains out of everyone's sight. They really are a blot on the landscape and must be capable of being disguised in some way or other. There are three at the end of the M9 disguised as trees. I had them pointed out to me by a friend one day otherwise I would never have noticed them
