New Cycling Club in Bo'ness

Velo Sport Bo'ness is a new cycling club forming for cyclists in and around the Bo'ness area.

We are an informal cycling club and as such have no real agenda's but to ride and have fun.

We are in the process of creating a club jersey taking inspiration from the old Bo'ness Cycling Club colours which unfortunately disbanded many years ago but one of our new members is a local cycling legend and formar BCC member 11 times Scottish Champion Jim Smellie.

We are also looking for local business to possibly sponsor our club in return for advertising their businesses at events, races and local cycling runs thus keeping everything local and promoting the town of Bo'ness.

For our Sunday club runs we generally meet at Links Road Industrial Estate where we have a local cycling business in Revolutionary Bikes run by John McComisky.

We are looking for road cyclists of all ages and abilities as we will share our knowledge of all things cycling and the banter is quite good as well.
