Toy Story blockbuster coming to Bo'ness Hippodrome
21 JulyThere's great news for movie fans of all ages in Bo'ness, with the news that the latest Toy Story blockbuster will be coming to the Hippodrome in it's very first week of release.
Buzz Lightyear, Woody and friends will be on the big screen at the Hippodrom on Hope Street from Friday, July 23, and Councillor Adrian Mahoney, Falkirk Council's leisure convener said: "It's great that our friends at Disney have given us the film in the week it's launched across the country."
A neighbouring restaurant is offering themed food, and staff inside the cinema will be on hand to collect unwanted toys for charity.
The Hippodrome is working with with Good Green Fun - a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC), to help you find a new home for unwanted toys.
Customers are being asked to bring unwanted toys to the Hippodrome for any screening of 'Toy Story 3' from Friday 23rd July 23 to Thursday 5th August.
Toys collected will be donated to Good Green Fun. Unfortunately, donations of soft toys cannot be accepted.
The cinema is also running a colouring competition for younger film fans.
Colouring sheets will be available at the Hippodrome Toy Story 3 screenings or can be downloaded from the Hippodrome web page.
Just visit www.falkirk.gov.uk/hippodrome and click the "Toy Story 3" link on the left hand side of the web page.
